Four PointS Sheraton
Two koi has previously participated in the development and project management coordination of a Four Points by Sheraton hospitality project, supporting various aspects of planning, construction coordination, and development execution. The project provided valuable experience in hospitality development, stakeholder coordination, and operational planning within a nationally recognized hotel brand framework.
30 MW + 60 MW BESS PROJECT
We are currently involved in the development and coordination of a 30 MW solar generation project paired with a 60 MW battery energy storage system (BESS) in the United States for a hyperscale technology off-taker. The project is being advanced in collaboration with an established U.S. developer and a major international manufacturer, combining development expertise, energy infrastructure capabilities, and advanced equipment integration. This initiative reflects the company’s continued focus on participating in next-generation energy infrastructure projects that support growing demand for reliable, scalable, and sustainable power solutions.
SENIOR COMMUNITY PROJECT
Two Koi acquired a 100,000 square foot portfolio consisting of: a former church, school, and rectory property with plans to turn it into a senior residential community. The project represents a meaningful adaptive reuse initiative focused on preserving and repurposing an important community asset into housing that serves a growing social need. Through thoughtful redevelopment and long-term planning, the project aims to transform an underutilized institutional property into a vibrant and supportive living environment for seniors.
