FOUR POINTS SHERATON

As part of our hospitality development portfolio, our team provided comprehensive project management and development coordination services for the Four Points boutique hotel project, a 9-story hospitality property designed to deliver modern urban accommodations and event experiences. Our responsibilities included development oversight, construction coordination, contractor management, scheduling, budgeting support, and operational planning to ensure the project was delivered efficiently and aligned with brand and hospitality standards.

FOLK ARTS CHARTER

Development of a premier 50,000 square foot charter school located in the Chinatown district, beginning with the acquisition of the shell building and the full conversion of the property into a modern educational facility. The project was completed within an accelerated one-year construction schedule, with more than 60 workers and trade professionals contributing to the redevelopment effort. Following completion, the school went on to receive recognition and accolades for educational excellence, becoming a respected institution within the community.

BRANDED RESTAURANTS

Our team has successfully developed, designed, built, and operated several high-profile viral restaurant concepts, combining real estate acquisition, hospitality branding, and operational execution into fully integrated lifestyle destinations. From site selection and property acquisition to concept development, architectural design, interior buildout, and construction management, we oversaw every phase of the projects to create distinctive dining experiences tailored for strong consumer engagement and social media visibility. In addition to development and construction, our responsibilities included full operational management, brand creation, digital marketing strategy, influencer campaigns, and customer growth initiatives that helped position the restaurants as recognized destination venues within their respective markets. HITACHI  PV POWER CENTER

As part of our renewable energy and industrial infrastructure portfolio, our team successfully delivered a rooftop photovoltaic (PV) power generation project for Hitachi, integrating high-efficiency solar generation with advanced electrical distribution and monitoring systems. The project included system planning, engineering coordination, installation management, grid integration support, and deployment of containerized electrical equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation. By transforming unused rooftop space into a clean energy asset, the project helps reduce operational energy costs, improve sustainability performance, and support long-term carbon reduction goals for industrial facilities.

30 MW SOLAR + 60 MW BESS

We are currently involved in the development and coordination of a 30 MW solar generation project paired with a 60 MW battery energy storage system (BESS) in the United States for a hyperscale technology off-taker. The project is being advanced in collaboration with an established U.S. developer and a major international manufacturer, combining development expertise, energy infrastructure capabilities, and advanced equipment integration. This initiative reflects the company’s continued focus on participating in next-generation energy infrastructure projects that support growing demand for reliable, scalable, and sustainable power solutions.
